1 sm. pkg. sugar-less pistachio pudding mix 1 (20 ounce.) can pineapple in own juice

1/2 c. nuts 2 tbsp. Cold Whip

1. Add in pineapple with juice to pudding mix. Add in nuts and Cold Whip. Chill. This is very low in calories.
