  • 5 c. Soup stock or possibly chicken broth
  • 1/2 lb Winter melon, diced
  • 1/4 c. Chicken, diced
  • 4 x Water chestnuts, diced Salt Msg

  1. Place stock or possibly broth in a pot. Cover & bring to a boil. Add in winter melon, chicken & water chestnuts. Simmer 10 minutes. Season to taste w/ salt and MSG.
