Diane's Chicken Marsala

Ингредиенты

  • 1 pound boneless chicken (diced)
  • 1 (4 ounce.) can of mushrooms Or possibly 5-6 snow-capped fresh mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1/2 c. marsala cooking wine
  • Rice pilaf, cooked as directed

Инструкции

  1. Coat diced chicken in flour. Heat generous amount of butter in skillet. Place small amounts of chicken in skillet. Add in mushrooms and brown together. Always add in butter while cooking chicken so it will not stick or possibly burn. (Hold cooked chicken off to the side till all chicken is cooked.) Place all chicken back into skillet and add in 1/2 c. marsala wine. Simmer 2-3 min.
  2. Serve with rice and salad.
