Ингредиенты

  • 1 lg. can crushed pineapple
  • 1 can Comstock pie filling, any kind (blueberry is very good)
  • 1 pkg. butter yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. minced nuts
  • Cold Whip or possibly whipped cream or possibly ice cream

Инструкции

  1. Spray 9 x 13 x 2 Pyrex baking dish with Pam. Heat butter. Put pineapple, juice and all in bottom of dish. Add in pie filling and stir around in pineapple. Sprinkle cake mix over all, then drizzle melted butter over cake mix. Puncture through cake mix with knife so juice can come up. Sprinkle with minced nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 min. After cobbler has been in oven, about 20 min, puncture again so juices can rise. Serve with Cold Whip or possibly ice cream.
