Ингредиенты

  • 3 sq. (3 ounce.) unsweetened chocolate
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 c. minced Diamond walnuts
  • 1/3 c. raspberry jam

Инструкции

  1. Heat chocolate with shortening over hot water; cold slightly. Blend together Large eggs, sugar, vanilla and salt; stir in chocolate mix, then flour. Mix in walnuts. Turn into well-greased 8 inch square pan. Bake at 325 degrees for about 40 min. Spoon jam over warm brownies; spread carefully; let cold. Spread Velvet Chocolate Glaze over brownies and top with chocolate-dipped walnuts, if you like. Cut into 12 delicious bars.
