  • 1/2 sm. apple, diced or possibly 1/4 c. unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tbsp. raisins
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/3 c. oatmeal (quick)
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Dash nutmeg

Инструкции

  1. Combine diced apple or possibly applesauce, raisins and water in small saucepan. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer till apple is tender. Stir in oatmeal. Bring to a boil, cook for 1 minute. Yield 1 serving. Serving size 1 recipe. Exchange list: Starch/bread 1, fruit 2.
