  • 2 c. cabbage, shredded
  • 1 tbsp. green pepper, diced
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 2 drops Sucaryl
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Combine vinegar, water and salt and pepper; add in Sucaryl. Add in to cabbage and green pepper and mix well.
  2. EXCHANGE: 1 serving - 1 vegetable
  3. YIELD: 4 (1/2 c.) servings
