  • 1 1/2 c. cake flour
  • 1/4 c. cocoa sweetener = to 2 Tblsp. sugar
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 c. egg substitute Frosting
  • 1 x (8 ounce.) pkg. fat-free cream cheese Sweet One sweetener whole walnuts -- optional

Инструкции

  1. Combine cake flour, cocoa, Sweetener, soda and salt in bowl; mix well. Fold in water, white vinegar, vegetable oil, vanilla extract and egg substitute.
  2. Beatto mix. Pour into 9" square greased baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 min. The frosting is nothing more than a thin layer of fat-free cream cheese which has been mixed with a little sweetener. May put a whole walnut on each piece.
