3/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1/8 teaspoon salt 4 c. apples (peel, core and slice)

1 tbsp. flour 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream 1 unbaked pie shell

1. Mix sugars, flour, spices, lemon juice and salt. Add in lowfat sour cream and apples. Spoon into pie shell. Sprinkle with Streusel Topping.
