1 pound cubed steaks 2 tbsp. salad oil 1 med. onion 1/3 c. bottled steak sauce 3 tbsp. brown sugar

2 tbsp. prepared mustard 1 teaspoon salt 4 to 5 slices bread, toasted and buttered 2 hard cooked Large eggs, sliced

1. Fry steaks in warm oil for 2 min, each side. Set aside. Reduce heat to medium; cook 1/2 c. water, onion, steak sauce, brown sugar, mustard and salt till onion is tender, stirring occasionally. Return steaks to skillet and coat with onion mix. Serve on toast, topped with egg slices.
