6 slices roast beef, cut 1/4" thick 1/3 c. flour 1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon dry mustard 1 teaspoon chili pwdr 4 tbsp. butter

Инструкции

1. Dip the roast beef slices in a mix of the flour, salt, mustard and chili pwdr, coating both sides well. Heat the butter in a skillet, brown the slices on both sides over high heat.
