2 (4 1/2 ounce. each) cans Underwood deviled ham 12 ounce. cream cheese, softened 1/2 c. liquid removed, crushed pineapple 3 tbsp. chopped green pepper 1 teaspoon chopped onion

1/4 teaspoon liquid warm pepper sauce 1/2 c. minced pecans 1/2 c. minced parsley Assorted crackers

Инструкции

1. In a medium bowl, mix together ham and cream cheese. Stir in pineapple, green pepper, onion, and warm pepper sauce. Refrigerate2 - 3 hrs. On waxed paper, form mix into a ball or possibly log and roll in pecans and parsley to coat completely. Serve with crackers. Makes 2 c. spread.
