8 hard boiled large eggs 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled 8 olives, minced 1/4 c. onion, minced 1/4 c. green pepper, minced

1/2 teaspoon mustard 1 c. mayonnaise Salt and pepper 1 T parsley flakes

1. Cook large eggs; cool and cut in half. Put yolks into bowl and add in ingredients. Fill whites; sprinkle with paprika. Serve.
