Ингредиенты

  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 2 T butter
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2/3 c. uncooked Minute Rice
  • 1 c. diced cooked ham
  • 6 deviled large eggs
  • 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. buttered crumbs (optional)

Инструкции

  1. Cook onion and green pepper in butter till onion is golden brown. Put together with lowfat milk and soup. Add in rice and ham to 3/4 of the soup mix. Place in greased 1 1/2 qt casserole dish. Top with deviled large eggs. Pour remaining soup mix over the top, sprinkle cheese and crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. (Serves 6)
