  • 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can deviled ham, (4 1/2 ounces)
  • 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

  1. In a medium bowl, stir cream cheese with lowfat milk till smooth. Stir in ham, onion and Worcestershire sauce. Serve as a dip for raw vegetables, such as zucchini, carrots, celery, cauliflower, etc.
