  • 1 c. Whole Dry Egg
  • 1/4 c. Dry Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream Mix
  • 1/2 c. Evaporated Apples
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Sugar -- as needed
  • 2 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 3 c. Water

Инструкции

  1. Simmer apples with about 1 c. water and the cinnamon till tender. Add in sugar if package directions recommend it.
  2. Blend lowfat sour cream mix with cold water to make a thick paste.
  3. Prepare egg mix with 2 c. water and cook in 1 or possibly 2 tbs margarine in frypan, keeping the cooked egg in a solid mass.
  4. When egg is done, spread half the lowfat sour cream on half the egg. Spoon some of the applesauce over the lowfat sour cream. Fold egg over and sppon on remaining sauce and cream.
