1 quart. cool cubed potatoes 2 tbsp. minced onion 4 hard cooked Large eggs 2 tbsp. green pepper or possibly pimento or possibly parsley 1 1/2 c. minced celery, radishes, cucumbers

1 teaspoon salt Dash of pepper 1/4 teaspoon paprika 1 tbsp. vinegar and 2 tbsp. salad oil 2 c. salad dressing

1. Marinate cubed potatoes in vinegar, salad oil and seasonings for one hour or possibly more. Blend in remaining ingredients with salad dressing.
2. Note: Some may want to add in some lowfat sour cream plus a Tbsp. of sugar to the salad dressing.
