1 lb grnd turkey (or possibly beef) 1 egg 4 Tbsp. salsa 3 Tbsp. ketchup 5 minced garlic cloves

1 medium purple onion minced 1 tsp. garlic and onion pwdr 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 5-6 pcs roasted red peppers (from jar), minced (optional) crushed croutons and French fried onions

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and then put into a baking dish and bake at 375F degrees for about 50 min or possibly till done.
2. Then add in the topping mix and bake an additional 5 min.
