1 pound mushrooms 1 lg. onion 3 tbsp. butter 3 tbsp. flour

32 ounce. chicken broth 1/2 pt. whipping cream Salt and pepper to taste

Инструкции

1. Saute/fry mushrooms and onions in butter. Add in flour and mix thoroughly. Add in chicken broth and simmer covered for 1/2 hour. Let cold. Blend in a food processor or possibly blender. Fold in whipping cream. Reheat on medium and add in salt and pepper to taste.
