Ингредиенты

3 c. potatoes 1 c. carrots 3 tbsp. onion 2 tbsp. diced bacon

1 quart. lowfat milk 2 c. cream style corn 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Инструкции

1. Cook bacon. Add in onion till soft, about 3 min. Add in potatoes, carrots, salt and lowfat milk. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, boil gently uncovered 20 min till done. Stir in corn. Bring to boil and serve. Serves 4.
