  • 8 slices whole wheat bread
  • 6 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. wheat bran
  • 1 to 2 c. raisins
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 4 c. lowfat milk

  1. Mix all of above and bake in greased 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixed on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 min.
