Ингредиенты

2 - 3 pound fryer, cut in serving pcs Salt to taste

1 stick butter, melted 2 c. crushed potato chips or possibly Corn Flakes

Инструкции

1. Use container or possibly bowl large sufficient to dip pcs in. Roll chicken in melted butter till all sides are covered. Roll in crushed flakes. Place in heavy fry pan, add in pepper. Don't have pcs touching. Place cut side down. Don't turn over. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 min, depending on size of chicken.
