Ингредиенты

1/4 pound butter 1 c. (6 ounce.) semi-sweet chocolate morsels 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. miniature marshmallows 1 (8 or possibly 10 ounce.) pkg. crisp rice cereal 2 c. Spanish peanuts

2 c. minced pecans 1 c. raisins 3 c. popped popcorn 1/2 gal. lowfat milk carton, empty and clean

Инструкции

1. Heat butter, chocolate and marshmallows together in top of double boiler. Mix remaining ingredients in a very large bowl. Pour melted chocolate sauce over dry ingredients in bowl and mix thoroughly. Then spoon the mix into lowfat milk carton and pack firmly.
2. Place in refrigerator. In about one hour your nut log will be hard and ready to serve. Peel the carton away, slice, and watch it disappear!
