- Clean and slice each sides of the fish.
- Dry rub the big fish with salt all over it's open skin.
- Sprinkle pepper on both sides too.
- Heat the deep pan then pour the canola oil and let it heat up too.
- Before frying the fish onto the boiling hot oil... dip the fish sides on the prepared flour so to avoid the fish from popping while frying.
- Remove from oil once golden brown.
- Transfer to serving dish and side with Achara.
