Deep Fried Pla-pla at Achara

Fry that big Tilapia!

Ингредиенты

  • 1 large Pla-pla (Tilapia)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • canola oil

Инструкции

  1. Clean and slice each sides of the fish.
  2. Dry rub the big fish with salt all over it's open skin.
  3. Sprinkle pepper on both sides too.
  4. Heat the deep pan then pour the canola oil and let it heat up too.
  5. Before frying the fish onto the boiling hot oil... dip the fish sides on the prepared flour so to avoid the fish from popping while frying.
  6. Remove from oil once golden brown.
  7. Transfer to serving dish and side with Achara.
