Ингредиенты

3/4 c. flour 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr 1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon soda 1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. water 2 tbsp. white vinegar

Инструкции

1. Cut fish in pcs and pat dry; then dust with flour. Sift dry ingredients. Stir in water to make a thick batter. Then add in vinegar and stir. Fry in 375 degree fat till golden. Dry on paper towels.
