  1. Preheat the oil to 350 degrees. Inject marinade into the bird about 2 inches from each injection point. Rub the cajun seasoning on all surface areas of the bird. Place bird into the deep fry basket and place into the oil. Fry for three and a half min per lb.. Remove basket from fryer.
  2. Let cold prior to slicing.
