Ингредиенты

2 c. flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon sugar 2/3 c. lowfat milk

2 teaspoon baking pwdr 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar 1/2 c butter

Инструкции

1. Make crust with the top ingredients and press into the bottom and sides of a greased 9x13 pan.
2. Fry grnd beef with seasonings, onion and tomato paste. Smooth meat mix over crust. Top with pepper and tomatoes and kernel corn.
3. Mix topping ingredients and spread over top. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees F. for 30-40 min. Serve with tortilla chips.
4. Note: If the amount of spices seems too great, reduce to your liking.
