Deep Dish Pecan Pies (Makes 2)

Ингредиенты

  • 1/2-3/4 stick butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. dark Karo syrup
  • 3-4 Large eggs
  • Dash salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Big bag pecans, some minced fine, some halved for top
  • 2 deep dish pie shells

Инструкции

  1. Soften butter and cream. Add in sugar, syrup and Large eggs, one at a time. Add in salt, vanilla and minced pecans. Pour into pie shells. Place larger pecan pcs on top. Bake for 10 min at 375 degrees, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake till hard (about 35 or possibly more min). Be sure to beat well before pouring into shells.
