4-5 apples (good sized)
2 tbsp. cinnamon

1/2 c. light brown sugar

Crumble together and sprinkle on top of apples. Bake for 45 min to 1 hour on 350 degrees. Serve with vanilla ice cream or possibly whipped topping. Serves 6.
