%20Haunt%20I%20enjoyed%20a%20real%20laugh%20when%20Alice%20and%20team%20are%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eaccosted%20by%20a%20skunk%20and%20end%20up%20taking%20a%20tomato%20juice%20bath.%20%20I%20laughed%20when%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPatrick%20would%20appear%20at%20the%20most%20inopportune%20times,%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Esporting%20nothing%20but%20his%20birthday%20suit,%20which%20seemed%20to%20be%20his%20preferred%20mode%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eof%20dress,%20or%20should%20I%20say%20undress.%20%20I%20laughed%20when%20the%20ghost%20Mary%20Ann,%20who%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ehad%20been%20cut%20in%20half,%20appeared%20scaring%20the%20pants%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eoff%20Delroy%20the%20%E2%80%98commando.%E2%80%99%20%20But%20laughter%20isn%E2%80%99t%20all%20T.%20M.%20Simmons%20puts%20into%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ethe%20Dead%20Man%20series.%20%20I%20stayed%20in%20total%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Esuspense%20until%20the%20end%20trying%20to%20guess%20who%20killed%20Mary%20Ann%20and%20why.%20%20I%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Estrained%20my%20mind%20trying%20to%20come%20up%20with%20the%20reason%20for%20Patrick,%20as%20well%20as%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eseveral%20other%20ghosts,%20still%20being%20on%20this%20side%20and%20not%20the%20other%20where%20they%20can%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Efind%20peace.%20%20%20And%20then%20the%20characters%20started%20coming%20together%20making%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ethe%20puzzle%20into%20a%20picture.%20%20But%20the%20ending%20still%20ended%20up%20being%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Enothing%20that%20I%20had%20suspected.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20seem%20to%20be%20reading%20this%20series%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ebackwards%20starting%20with%20Dead%20Man%20Hand,%20book%20%231,%20which%20was%20just%20as%20good%20as%20Dead%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMan%20Haunt,%20book%20%232,%20I%20can%E2%80%99t%20wait%20to%20read%20book%20%231%20Dead%20Man%20Talking.%20%20I%E2%80%99ve%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ealso%20read%20T.%20M.%20Simmons%20Paranormal%20Suspense%20Winter%20Prey,%20enjoying%20it%20immensely.%20%20As%20I%20said,%20I%20can%E2%80%99t%20get%20enough%20of%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ethis%20author.%20%20And%20did%20I%20tell%20you%20that%20T.%20M.%20Simmons%20actually%20lives%20in%20a%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ehaunted%20house%20in%20East%20Texas%20which%20she%20shares%20with%20hubby,%20a%20variety%20of%20pets%20and%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eof%20course%20her%20paranormal%20residents.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
