- Sweat onions in melted margarine.
- Add poultry seasoning and stir to combine.
- Add turkey stock and simmer 3 minutes. Take off heat and allow to cool.
- In a roasting pan combine to stock and onion mixture with the croutons and fold together.
- Place stuffing in well greased deep hotel pan and cook at 325 until internal temperature reaches 165.
