Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1 teaspoon soda

Инструкции

  1. Cream shortening; add in sugar and cream again; add in egg and mix well. Add in lowfat milk alternately with sifted flour mix. Roll out on floured board to about 1/8 inch thickness and cut. Place on cookie sheet and drop 1 tsp. date filling on each. Cover with a slit cut cookie.
