  • 1 c. Butter
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Gound cloves
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3/4 tsp Baking soda
  • 2 1/2 c. Flour
  • 8 ounce Minced dates
  • 1 c. Pecan pcs

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Combine ingredients in indicated order.
  2. Drop onto a cookie sheet by the Tbsp.. (I use nonstick cookie sheets, so a spray of PAM may be a good idea for the other kind.) bake 8-10 min
