Ingredients: 6 ounce Self raising flour; 1 tsp Baking pwdr; 1 Tbsp. Grnd cinnamon; 6 ounce Margarine; 6 ounce Light golden brown soft sugar; 3 lrg Large eggs, beaten; 1 Tbsp. Treacle; 4 ounce Dry minced dates

Ингредиенты

6 ounce Self raising flour
1 tsp Baking pwdr
1 Tbsp. Grnd cinnamon
6 ounce Margarine
6 ounce Light golden brown soft sugar
3 lrg Large eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp. Treacle
4 ounce Dry minced dates

Инструкции

Pre heat the oven to 180C. Lightly oil a 2lb loaf tin. Sift the flour, baking pwdr and cinnamon into a bowl.
Put the margarine and sugar in a food processor, whizz till light and fluffy. Add in the Large eggs and treacle, whizz again for a few seconds.
Add in the sifted dry ingredients and whizz again. Add in the dates and pulse for a few seconds till just combined.
Spoon into tin. Smooth the surface and cook for 45 min - 1 hour or possibly till a skewer when inserted comes out clean.
