Ingredients: 4 slc bacon, minced; 1 Tbsp. onion, minced; 1 Tbsp. flour; 1 bag frzn peas; 2 Tbsp. margarine; 1 c. fresh mushrooms, minced salt and pepper, to taste; 1 c. light cream, Or possibly; 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk

Ингредиенты

4 slc bacon, minced
1 Tbsp. onion, minced
1 Tbsp. flour
1 bag frzn peas
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. fresh mushrooms, minced salt and pepper, to taste
1 c. light cream, Or possibly
1 c. evaporated lowfat milk

Инструкции

Fry bacon; add in onion. Cook till soft and yellow. Add in flour and blend. Add in peas and cream. Cook till thick, stirring occasionally. Cook mushrooms in butter for 5 min. Add in to peas and season with salt and pepper.
