  • 1 x onion, chopped
  • 1 x green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 c. dill pickle, chopped
  • 1/2 c. tomato juice
  • 3 sm cans pork and beans
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar

  1. Brown the grnd chuck. Add in onion, bell pepper, dill pickle, and tomato juice; cook till simmering. Add in beans, Worcestershire sauce, barbecue sauce, mustard, and brown sugar. The longer this simmers, the more flavorful it becomes.
