- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, cut into 4

- 2 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- ½ cup (1.5 ounces) Dutch-processed cocoa powder
- ¾ cup (3.75 ounces) all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¾ teaspoon baking powder
- 2 eggs
- ¾ cup (5.25 ounces) granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon table salt
- ½ cup (4 ounces) sour cream
