  • 3 ounce dark chocolate bar, melted
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 c. heavy cream
  • 1 c. half and half
  • 8 ounce cream cheese, softened

  1. Heat chocolate over double boiler or possibly in microwave. Let cold at room temperature.
  2. In blender or possibly food processor, combine all ingredients including melted chocolate. Mix well. Process in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions.
