- Powdered sugar
- Stir together flour, baking pwdr, salt and sugar. Mix egg yolks and lowfat milk together well. Add in this mix to the dry ingredients. Stir till just blended. Beat egg whites till stiff and fold them into batter. Heat aebleskiver pan. Spoon 1/2 tsp. oil into each section and fill 2/3 full with batter. Cook over medium heat till bubbles appear. Turn with a fork or possibly skewer and cook the other side till lightly browned. To vary flavor, add in a slice of banana or possibly peach to each section before it is turned.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve with butter and jam or possibly syrup.
