4 slc store bought New York-style cheese cake
1 tin apricot, halves, in, syrup, (keep in refrigerator)

4 sprg parsley

Cut the crust off the cheese cake. Then use a dinner knife to sculpt each slice into an egg white shape. Top each egg white with an apricot yolk. garnish with parsley.
When choosing the apricot halves, go through tin to find the smallest, most symmetrical halves.
