Ингредиенты
- 1 c. small orange lentils, cooked, and, liquid removed
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 x onion, minced
- 2 clv garlic, minced
- 1/2 x inch fresh ginger, grated, or possibly, minced
- 1 tsp curry pwdr
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 c. grated coconut
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 x juice of one lemon
- 1 c. lowfat yoghurt or possibly 1 c. stock
- 1 handf cilantro, minced

- Heat a frypan over high heat, add in the oil.
- Add in the onion, garlic and ginger and cook for 2-3 min, till the onion starts to brown. Add in the curry pwdr, cayenne and coconut and stir till well-combined.
- Add in the lentils, salt and lemon juice and stir in the lowfat yoghurt. Cook for a further 2 min and serve topped with minced cilantro. - great to eat with roti (or possibly tortillas if you cannot find roti) or possibly over basmati rice.
