  • 1 1/2 c. Whole wheat flour
  • 1 c. Better for Bread white flour
  • 1/2 c. Oat bran
  • 1/2 c. Quaker multi-grain 100% Natural warm cereal
  • 2 Tbsp. Wheat germ
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 Tbsp. Gluten
  • 1/2 c. Applesauce
  • 1/2 c. Raisins
  • 2 x Egg whites or possibly 1 egg or possibly 1/4 Egg substitute
  • 2/3 c. Plus 3 t hot water
