Ингредиенты

1 pt. oysters, standard size 1 lg. onion, minced 1 stick butter

1 quart. sweet lowfat milk Salt and pepper to taste 1 box oyster crackers

Инструкции

1. Empty pint of oysters into boiler and add in butter and onions. Bring to a boil and cook about 1-2 min to let the juices mingle.
2. Add in lowfat milk and bring back up to almost a boil. Serve with oyster crackers. Enjoy.
