This is a rub that my dad developed for smoking meats at our supper club. It works great for grilling and we used it on pork, chicken and beef.

- Mix all ingredients together and keep in shaker container in
- cool dry location.
- Use on ribs, roasts, hamburgers, chicken, lamb, anything for roasting, smoking, or grilling.
- Once rubbed on meat, cook indirectly on grill with soaked wood chips over the hot side. Cook to temperature noted for type of meat being prepared.
