Ингредиенты

1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 2 (7 ounce.) cans minced clams 1 clove garlic, grated fine 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoon lemon juice 4 to 6 tbsp. clam juice Salt to season

Инструкции

1. Allow cheese to soften to room temperature. Drain juice of clams (save juice).
2. Blend garlic, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce with cream cheese. Fold in minced clams and sufficient clam juice for correct consistency.
