3/4 c. white sugar
1 teaspoon ginger
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 lg. can condensed lowfat milk
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon nutmeg
6 Large eggs, beaten
2 1/2 c. lowfat milk

Combine the above ingredients and pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 min, then reduce temperature to 325 degrees for 50 min.
