  • 1 lg. can pumpkin
  • 3/4 c. white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 lg. can condensed lowfat milk
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 6 Large eggs, beaten
  • 2 1/2 c. lowfat milk

  1. Combine the above ingredients and pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 min, then reduce temperature to 325 degrees for 50 min.
