Ингредиенты

  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. sugar or possibly 1/3 c. honey
  • 3 whole large eggs beaten or possibly 4 egg yolks
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 c. grapenut cereal (optional)

Инструкции

  1. Blend lowfat milk and sugar together till sugar is dissolved. Add in the large eggs and blend well. Add in the vanilla. If you wish, as an added boost, add in 1/2 cup grapenut cereal to the bottom before putting custard mix in the baking dish.Place the blended mix in a glass baking dish, then place which dish in a larger glass bowl and fill the larger one with water so it covers 1/2 way up the custard dish. Bake at 300 - 325 degrees for 1 - 1 1/4 hrs. Done when a knife is inserted in and the middle comes out clean.
