Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg yolk, beaten
  • 1 c. flour

Инструкции

  1. Blend all crust ingredients together; press onto bottom and sides of 9 inch cake pan. For filling, combine fruit with sugar and flour; spoon over crust. Make custard by beating together egg and cream; pour over filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Yield: 10 servings.
