  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 heaping teaspoon flour (or possibly 1 teaspoon cornstarch)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. butter

Инструкции

  1. Beat egg, sugar, butter, flour and pour over fruit. Rhubarb, cherries, peaches, etc. Place in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake for 30 more min.
