  • 8 ounce. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 Large eggs, separated
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk

Инструкции

  1. Beat cheese and egg yolks and flour, gradually blend in lowfat milk and vanilla. Beat egg whites till stiff, add in them last, folding in well. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min, then at 350 degrees till hard.
